style=\"text-align: left;\">Decathlon stelt meer dan 3.500 mensen tewerk in Belgi\u00eb, waaronder 2.500 werknemers en een goede duizend studentencontracten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn effici\u00ebntie, zijn cultuur van interne promotie en zijn constante zoektocht naar de ontwikkeling van verantwoordelijkheid op het terrein. Deze configuratie maakte het voor afdelingsmanagers moeilijker om personeel aan te werven. Temeer daar de groep permanent te maken heeft met een groot personeelsverloop. Dit is een gevoelig en complex gebied.<br>Voor Decathlon was onze aanpak gericht op het ondersteunen van de overgang naar meer automatisering om de ervaring van de medewerkers en de algehele wendbaarheid van de organisatie te verbeteren.<br>Om dit te bereiken hadden de teams van Decathlon iemand nodig die naar hen luisterde en hun specifieke behoeften vertaalde in een oplossing die de flexibiliteit van een op maat gemaakte oplossing combineerde met de integratiekosten van een standaardtool.<br>Onze eerste actie was het aanstellen van een co\u00f6rdinator om de problemen op te lossen die zich voordeden tussen Decathlon, het sociaal secretariaat van Partena en Persolis tijdens de omschakeling van het loonsysteem van het bedrijf. Vervolgens hebben we gewerkt aan het versterken van de wendbaarheid van het team door de SAP SuccessFactors oplossing te implementeren. Ons team paste de ge\u00efmplementeerde oplossing aan om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen op het gebied van gegevensstroom, controle en specifieke regels.<br>Vandaag kunnen we bevestigen dat de resultaten effectief zijn. De workflow voor het beheer van arbeidsovereenkomsten is 99% effici\u00ebnt. Het werk van de afdelingsmanagers van Decathlon is vereenvoudigd en de procedures zijn versneld dankzij \u00e9\u00e9n enkel coderingssysteem, ontdaan van alles wat overbodig is.<br>De voordelen van het automatiseren van een reeks coderingen en het cre\u00ebren van nieuwe functionaliteiten helpen de field managers nu om een betere werknemerservaring te cre\u00ebren en hun wendbaarheid te vergroten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section
