is de belangrijkste distributienetbeheerder voor elektriciteit en gas in de provincie Luik (Belgi\u00eb).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sinds de vernieuwing van hun organen en beheer is er een nieuwe dynamiek ontstaan op intergemeentelijk niveau. Meer dan ooit stelt RESA de mens centraal.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Om een coherente en globale HR-strategie uit te voeren moet RESA de huidige applicatiesituatie (AS-IS-architectuur) in kaart brengen, de beperkingen ervan beoordelen, mogelijkheden voor verbetering en uitbreiding van deze architectuur vaststellen en een HR-routekaart voor de komende jaren opstellen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-5e2c668 animated-slow elementor-invisible\" data-id=\"5e2c668\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2d3e33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2d3e33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">#De uitdaging<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df13b6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"df13b6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">RESA gebruikt al jaren SAP&#8217;s ERP in de R\/3 versie voor vele processen (Financi\u00ebn, Boekhouding&#8230; en Personeelszaken).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">De migratie naar de nieuwe versie van het ERP (S\/4) deed de vraag rijzen naar de toekomst van de personeelsmodule: SAP HCM. Destijds was de specifieke reikwijdte ervan beperkt tot administratieve processen en een interface met een externe salarisleverancier.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Inspelen op ambities om de werkwijzen binnen de HR-afdeling te moderniseren (met name op het gebied van talentmanagement) en anticiperen op de vooruitzichten van een SAP-migratie naar de cloud waren belangrijke factoren bij het stimuleren van de volledige heroverweging van RESA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-e6da2bb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e6da2bb\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-129e625 animated-slow elementor-invisible\" data-id=\"129e625\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46e6cd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"46e6cd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">#De benadering van Persolis<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63ae066 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"63ae066\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Persolis begint de opdracht met een uitgebreide analyse van het huidige HR applicatielandschap, buiten de grenzen van SAP HCM. De AS-IS applicatiearchitectuur wordt in kaart gebracht, waarbij de verschillende betrokken applicaties en interfaces worden weergegeven.<br>De opgestelde kaart is gefragmenteerd en de IT-dekking is onvolledig: er worden verschillende tools naast elkaar gebruikt, die niet allemaal gesynchroniseerd zijn. Sommige processen zijn niet geautomatiseerd (of slechts in beperkte mate).<br>In een dergelijke context is de toegang tot hoogwaardige, betrouwbare en actuele gegevens een echt probleem.<br>De &#8220;AS-IS&#8221; audit stelde ons in staat om de zwakke punten in de huidige situatie te identificeren, in termen van schaalbaarheid, beveiliging en gebruiksvriendelijkheid, enz.<br>Onze opdracht eindigde met het voorstel van een toepassingsroadmap voor de ontwikkeling van de HR-architectuur (TO-BE architectuur).  De reflectie is gebaseerd op de HR-ambities van RESA, op de beste manier om daarop in te spelen door innovatieve instrumenten in te voeren, met behoud van wat binnen de architectuur behouden kan blijven. Met andere woorden, door de SAP SuccessFactors-oplossing voor talentmanagementprocessen te combineren met een stabiele, gecontroleerde SAP HCM-omgeving voor payrollgerelateerde processen.<br>Deze aanpak heeft als voordeel dat de energie daar wordt gericht waar de investering de meeste waarde cre\u00ebert. Wat goed werkt wordt behouden of zelfs verbeterd in de marge, en wat minder gebruikt\/onderhouden of nog niet bestaat wordt gedigitaliseerd.
