Als HR-directeur is het essentieel om deze trends te begrijpen om je effectief aan te passen en te profiteren van nieuwe kansen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een wereldwijd onderzoek naar het payrollproces in 2021 laat zien hoe payroll, een proces dat vaak over het hoofd wordt gezien, het potentieel heeft om de drijvende kracht achter toekomstige bedrijfsgroei te worden.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor de overgrote meerderheid van de bedrijven (82%) betekende de pandemie een dubbele uitdaging: zowel wat betreft de betrouwbaarheid en toegankelijkheid van de payroll-systemen, als wat betreft de nauwkeurigheid en stiptheid van de salarisbetalingen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ondervraagde bedrijven waren duidelijk over hun verwachtingen voor de transformatie van hun wereldwijde payroll:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toegang tot meer rapportage- en analysemogelijkheden om de bedrijfsstrategie en -planning te ondersteunen<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Versnelde rapportage voor tijdige informatie<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengere protocollen voor gegevensbeveiliging, met name voor een betere naleving van de GDPR-vereisten<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loonprocessen stroomlijnen om fouten te verminderen, kosten te besparen en de tevredenheid van werknemers te verbeteren<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met het oog op deze duidelijke noodzaak om de salarisadministratie te moderniseren om de veerkracht te versterken, de activiteiten te vereenvoudigen en de risico&#8217;s te beperken, zijn hier de belangrijkste trends in termen van uit te voeren acties:  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fe3af4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4fe3af4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">#Trend 1: Toenemende automatisering van salarisadministratie  <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-446a1c43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"446a1c43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volgens een recent onderzoek is 75% van de organisaties van plan om de komende twee jaar meer van hun salarisprocessen te automatiseren. De audit en implementatie van technologie\u00ebn op maat van de behoeften van elke organisatie vormen een belangrijke fase in deze optimalisatie en automatisering. Steeds vaker zien we het begrip business case (of kosten-batenanalyse) opduiken als onderdeel van het moderniseringsproces van payroll. Meer dan 80% van de organisaties ziet aanzienlijke voordelen in de integratie van salarisgegevens met andere HR-aspecten zoals talentmanagement en personeelsplanning.
